In this role, you will be given the chance to work on leading edge technology projects helping ADP transform their environment and enable them to move at cloud speed. You will be expected to perform a critical Architecture, Design & Implementation Engineering role for SASE Solutions at ADP.

ou will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing SASE solutions at ADP. Your expertise in SASE cloud security platforms will be critical in guiding ADP through their digital transformation journey, enhancing their security posture, and enabling secure and seamless remote access for their workforce. You will collaborate closely with our internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions that align with industry best practices and meet our unique cybersecurity needs.

You will lead the design and architecture of SASE solutions for ADP, taking into consideration their business requirements, security objectives, and existing technology landscape. You will conduct thorough assessments of ADP current network and security infrastructure to determine the most effective integration of SASE solutions. You will collaborate with ADP internal teams to understand their security challenges and develop tailored strategies for implementing SASE solutions in line with their objectives. You provide expert guidance on security best practices and help ADP teams optimize their usage of the platform to achieve maximum security and performance benefits. You assist ADP in configuring and deploying SASE services, including Web Security, Cloud Firewall, Private Access, and Data Loss Prevention, among others. You will perform in-depth troubleshooting and issue resolution related to SASE deployments, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to clients' operations. You collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, security analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery. You stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging threats, and advancements in SASE technology to continuously enhance your knowledge and expertise. You will provide training/knowledge transfer to the client's engineering/support team.

To thrive in this development career, you'll need to be a talented and experienced SASE Architect/Engineer with several years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting the Zscaler ZIA/ZPA solutions /or/ Palo Alto Prisma Access solutions, or Netskope SASE solutions. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Here's what you can expect on a typical day:

• You'll start each day with a scrum, working in a team to understand responsibilities, identify issues, and communicate coding priorities while choosing user stories to complete. You will also participate in other agile ceremonies, including scheduled sprint demos, where you will present your work to up to 90 stakeholders.

• Variety of work. There is no typical day. You could be checking in with a team in India one minute, meeting with leadership to review initiatives for the coming quarter later and tomorrow handling a few ad hoc requests from your peers in other departments.
• Influence and inspire confidence. You are comfortable presenting to senior leaders, product owners, and peers with a compelling voice that you demonstrate through executive presence, leading change, and creating clear executive-level communications on milestone achievements.
• You have 10+ years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

• You'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent.
• A minimum of 10 years' hands-on experience in networking in large, global enterprise environments.
• 5+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity, network engineering, or related roles.
• Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and managing Zscaler solutions, including hands-on experience with Zscaler's cloud security platform /or/ Palo Alto Prisma Access cloud security platform
• Demonstrated understanding of network protocols, security protocols, and architecture principles.
• Relevant certifications on SASE Solutions, PCNSE (Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer) or similar certifications a plus.
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) certifications a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully leading SASE deployments and projects, preferably in an architect/engineer capacity.
• Experience in executing Zero Trust Network Architecture (ZTNA) in real environments (segmentation, least privilege, identity-aware access, and operational telemetry)
• Experience in designing and implementing partner network integration architecture.
• Familiarity with the NIST SP 800-207 architecture.
• Proficient understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Experience with VPNs, Firewalls, and network security principles.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and diverse environments.
• Relevant certifications on SASE Solutions, PCNSE (Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer) or similar certifications a plus.
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) certifications a plus.

Additional experience with the following is a plus:

• Proxy & URL/Content filtering solutions (e.g., Fortinet, Bluecoat, Websense, iboss, Zscaler, Palo Alto Prisma Access or similar)
• ZTNA Solutions
• Remote access VPN
• Firewalls
• DLP
• SSL Inspection
• SAML IdP
