What We Offer You:

• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus for experienced installers
• Competitive Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (with opportunities for overtime)

What You'll Do:

Lead a crew in the professional installation of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems while delivering the high-quality workmanship and customer care that Denillo is known for.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience
• Ability to arrive ready to work by 7:30 AM
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
• Customer service-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possess your own basic hand tools
• Physically able to handle a full day on your feet, strenuous labor, lifting up to 70 lbs, working in extreme heat or cold, and climbing ladders throughout the day
