Advantage Shutters in Murfreesboro, TN is looking for a skilled Lead Installer to join our growing team! This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of shutter and window treatment installations, delivering top-quality results that homeowners love. Responsibilities:

• Lead and perform professional installation of shutters, blinds, and window treatments in residential and commercial settings
• Supervise and mentor junior installers on job sites to ensure quality and efficiency
• Take precise measurements and assess job sites prior to installation
• Communicate professionally with customers throughout the installation process
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges on-site
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and manufacturer specifications
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good working order

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in window treatment, shutter, or general installation work
• Proven ability to lead a crew or mentor other installers
• Strong knowledge of hand and power tools
• Ability to read measurements accurately and work with precision
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented work ethic
