Installation Lead — Stone Veneer (Tile, Carpentry & Remodeling Backgrounds Welcome)

Location: Bow, NH (Concord / Merrimack County area) — field-based, with day travel to job sites across the region (no regular overnights)

Compensation: $32 – $40 per hour, depending on experience and leadership skills, plus overtime pay. There is a path to a salaried leadership role with six-figure potential.

Type: Full-time, hourly

Schedule: Monday – Friday, typically 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Some days start at 6:00 a.m., and some run past 5:00 p.m. depending on travel and traffic.

The company fabricates and installs granite, marble, quartz, quartzite, soapstone, and porcelain surfaces from its facility in Bow, NH, and runs a showroom in Pembroke. About the Role

This role starts with your own hands on the material. You will learn Skinrock and KATA inside and out, install them in customers’ homes, and work out the best way to do it. You will refine the methods, document the standards, and build the playbook that others will follow.

The bigger job comes next. As the product rolls out and demand grows, you will recruit, train, and develop installers, build additional crews, and lead their work together with company leadership. If you want to build something, not just work on it, this role was written for you.

What You’ll Do

Learn and install:

• Install thin stone veneer on feature walls, backsplashes, fireplace surrounds, and other interior surfaces
• Prep substrates, lay out panels, cut and fit precisely, and finish joints and edges cleanly
• Protect the customer’s home and leave every job site clean
• Test and refine installation techniques, and capture what works

Build and lead:

• Set the quality standards and installation methods for the team
• Recruit, train, and coach new installers as crews are added
• Coordinate schedules, materials, and customer communication with company leadership
• Handle customer questions and field issues with professionalism and good judgment

What You Bring

Required:

• Hands-on experience in tile, stone, carpentry, remodeling, panel installation, wall coverings, or a related finish trade
• A track record of clean, precise finish work that you’re proud to show
• Sound judgment, accountability, and a high standard for detail
• Good communication with customers and teammates
• Comfort with occasional work on scaffolding and at heights
• Valid driver’s license and comfort with regional day travel. On distant jobs, expect 4–5 hours of round-trip driving and long days, sometimes 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Preferred (a plus, not required):

• Experience leading a crew, running jobs, or training other tradespeople, whatever your title was
• Experience with thin-set, panel, or veneer systems or other specialty finishes
• Comfort documenting processes and teaching them to others
