NetZero Insulation is looking for an experienced
Lead Insulation Installer / Crew Lead to join our team.
We're looking for someone who knows the insulation business, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can lead a crew to complete jobs efficiently and professionally.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can run residential insulation and air-sealing projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a residential insulation crew
- Install blown-in insulation, fiberglass batts, and other insulation products
- Perform attic air sealing and weatherization work
- Review job scopes and organize daily installations
- Ensure quality workmanship and efficient production
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Maintain clean jobsites, trucks, tools, and equipment
- Complete job documentation and quality-control checks
Qualifications
- Residential insulation installation experience preferred
- Previous crew-lead or supervisory experience
- Knowledge of attic insulation, air sealing, and ventilation
- Ability to manage a crew and keep projects on schedule
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and confined spaces
Experience in building science, home performance, blower-door testing, or weatherization is a plus.
