As the Lead IT Architect in the HR Technology Domain, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture landscape within the Information Systems domain to support HR business processes. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining architecture in alignment with Enterprise Architecture guidelines and standards, defining strategic roadmaps, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of key business and IT initiatives. Additionally, you will lead the integration of Oracle Integration Cloud and the usage of AI/ML technologies to drive data-driven decision-making and enhance HR processes.

You will report directly to our Director, IT and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Must Have

  • Experience in Oracle HCM, Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Experience in End-to-End Ecosystems for Human Resources, including technology strategy, roadmap, governance, and expectation management.
  • Familiarity and experience integrating ERP with master data systems and integration platforms.
  • Experience overseeing/implementing architecture of at least three End-to-End HCM implementations, preferably in Oracle Cloud, for global multinationals.
  • 5 or more years of professional IT experience in large-scale business systems environments, with hands-on experience as an architect. Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud experience are preferred.
  • Ownership mindset with a service-oriented attitude, strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work both independently and as part of a fast-paced team.

  • Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, along with knowledge of EA tools for modeling architecture.

THE BUSINESS UNIT

  • Assist in maintaining the architecture for your Service and drive modernization by working with the development and infrastructure teams.

Architecture Governance:

  • Perform ongoing architecture quality review activities for domain-specific projects/programs.
  • Define domain-specific principles, standards and guidelines.
  • Ensure that architecture decisions comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Apply architecture best practices to craft solutions that are secure, scalable, cost-effective, performance, efficient, and resilient.

Strategic Planning and Road Mapping:

  • Develop domain=specific plateau roadmaps under the supervision of the Enterprise Architect.
  • Analyze the current domain and solution architecture to identify weaknesses and opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to the yearly Domain Improvement Plan.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Interact and interface with external partners to ensure solutions are architected correctly.
  • Provide consultancy on Process, Data, and Security from the HR Domain.
  • Understand the requirements/problems from business functions like HR, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, and IT, and build solution and architectures that meet those requirements.
  • Drive modern solution Architecture in the HR landscape and reduce the application and Integration footprint.
