Lead Janitor

The lead will help ensure all work completed safely, efficiently, and according to company and client quality standards. 

Schedule Hours: All shifts 1st, 2nd, and 3rd some (weekends required)

Job Duties:

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently
• Operate ride-on and walk-behind scrubbers
• Lead and support employees during assigned shift
• Coordinate daily cleaning operational tasks.
• Communicate client requests, concerns, and operational updates to management.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Assist with training and cross-training employees as needed
• Other assigned duties to support operation needs

Requirements:

• Ability to work with other crew members
• Good time management and attention to detail
• Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
