Lead Manager - Global Service Delivery Manager

This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship, including student or temporary work authorization programs.\n This role is a Salary Exempt position with a targeted salary range of $90,000 \u2013 $120,000 USD, based on experience and skillsets.\n \nYour tasks\n \nHemmersbach is seeking a Lead Manager \u2013 Global Service Delivery Manager to drive service excellence across international operations supporting enterprise clients. This role leads regional Service Delivery Managers and distributed Field Engineering teams, ensuring consistent, high-quality support across multiple locations and time zones.\n\n Plan, control and implement international IT projects (operative and strategic)\n \n\n Optimize performance and delivery of project milestones.\n \n\n Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers\n \n\n Have the overall accountability for ensuring project KPIs and financial requirements are met\n \n\n Analyze KPI trends and implement corrective measures\n \n\n Be the connection between customers and project team, technicians\n \n\n* Lead technical and non-technical teams, rectify reliability issues, monitor progress, track KPIs and manage budgets\n \n\n \nBe part of us\n \nHemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
