Lead Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

· Lead troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of HVAC, boilers, pure steam generators, autoclaves, lab washers, RODI, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and pneumatic systems

· Respond to critical facility, utility, and mission-critical infrastructure alarms, perform advanced troubleshooting, and execute recovery activities

· Author and manage GMP documentation including Change Controls, Deviations, CAPAs, MOPs, SOPs, and preventive maintenance procedures

· Mentor technicians, coordinate contractor activities, support regulatory inspections, and maintain CMMS/BMS records for facility operations

Requirements:

· Minimum 8 years of facilities or utilities maintenance experience within GMP-regulated biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences manufacturing environments

· Proven experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration systems, advanced troubleshooting, and emergency/on-call maintenance support

· Experience authoring and closing GMP quality records including Change Controls, Deviations, CAPAs, and MOPs, with strong CMMS and BMS knowledge

· High School Diploma or equivalent, technical certifications in relevant mechanical and/or electrical trades, valid driver's license, and Maryland 2nd Grade Stationary Engineer License required

Pay Details: $38.00 to $43.00 per hour
