Lead Medical Assistant

$19/hour starting pay | Full Benefits | No On-Call Responsibilities

Are you an experienced Medical Assistant ready to take the next step in your career? The IMA Group is looking for a Lead Medical Assistant to help support our clinical team and play an important role in delivering high-quality patient evaluations.

This is more than a traditional Medical Assistant role. As a Lead Medical Assistant, you’ll combine hands-on clinical care with leadership, organization, and daily team support in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Schedule: Hours between 7:30 AM and 6:30 PMStarting Pay: $19/hour

What You'll Do

  • Support healthcare professionals during patient assessments and medical evaluations
  • Prepare patients by obtaining vital signs and medical histories
  • Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, and other clinical testing
  • Help coordinate daily clinical operations and support the medical team
  • Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation
  • Manage medical supplies and equipment
  • Provide a welcoming, compassionate experience for every patient

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Medical Assistant experience; completion of an MA program preferred
  • CMA certification is a plus
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • A dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused approach
