Lead Medical Instructor

Schedule:Temporary training assignment in the San Diego / Camp Pendleton, California area. Training includes daytime and nighttime activities during scheduled exercise events.

Summary:The Lead Medical Instructor will oversee and coordinate advanced medical training for up to 12 participants while ensuring training activities are properly integrated with the military exercise.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in advanced, emergency, or tactical medical training.• Experience leading instructors or medical training activities.• Strong knowledge of realistic scenario-based medical training.• Ability to coordinate with military and Government personnel.

Duties:

• Sead and supervise medical training activities.• Coordinate training schedules and exercise requirements.• Oversee realistic medical scenarios and Full Mission Profile events.• Ensure instructors, equipment, and training materials are prepared and ready.
