Lead Network Operations Engineer (Direct Hire)

No C2C or 3rd party Candidates will be considered

100% onsite in La Mirada, CA

Target salary is $140k

ISP NOC knowledge is most important

Notes:

• Lead position is Supervisory where Ops report to you
• Oversee day to day triage of incident, etc.
• 80% supervision, SLA, etc.
• Expected to be a working supervisor - train people in process and procedures, if someone out sick, expected to step in themselves.
• 20% hands on
• Want someone who has depth of exp, more seasoned. 10 years as a pure network engineer ok.
• Education/Certs - open, not required
• Far more interested in experience
• Want someone inquisitive, explore to more
