Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to the nursing team, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance are maintained.
- Oversee the documentation and record-keeping processes, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with legal and organizational regulations.
- Monitor and track performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct regular clinic inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with the finance and accounting team to manage the budget, resources, and financial performance of the nursing department.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline operations and improve the quality of care.
- Provide consultation and guidance on complex nursing and health center issues, leveraging your expertise to drive improvements and solve problems.
- Ensure the nursing team receives the necessary training and development opportunities to maintain their skills and meet their career goals.
- Act as a liaison between the nursing team, management, and other departments, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license.
- A minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in a health center setting.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance, documentation, and clinic inspections.
- Experience in tracking and improving performance indicators.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and resource management.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in using healthcare and office software systems.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
