The primary job is to expedite the permitting process with multiple municipalities, and sub-contractors along the Gulf Coast, as well as, customary administrative duties including managing the front desk receptionist with a strong focus on customer service, answering questions, answering phones, greeting visitors, entering customer info into system, scheduling appointments, logging all customer interactions, taking detailed messages, managing correspondence, facilitating in-house sales opportunities, delegation of tasks, and follow-up for completion. Responsible for confirming all accounts payable, entering invoices, making deposits, monitoring supplies and general office inventory.
Must be a level headed team player with hands-on experience in: permitting processes, service scheduling, multi-tasking, Microsoft Office 365, and in-house sales. The right person for this position will be self-motivated, professional, responsible, trustworthy, and dependable.
