Job Description:

Lead OFSAA Developer

Location: Columbus, Ohio (Onsite)

Role Overview

This position seeks a Lead OFSAA (Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications) Developer/SME to support ongoing profitability, scale readiness, and regulatory reporting projects. The role provides technical and consultative support on complex technical matters by analyzing, designing, and developing systems based on user specifications. The position involves maintaining and enhancing applications, ensuring IT SDLC processes are documented and followed, and working closely with the finance business team on process improvements and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configuration, development, patching, upgrades, and customization of OFSAA modules, including OFSAAI, OFSALM, OFSFTP, OFSPFT, OFSADIH, and OFSDF.
  • Develop data mapping for staging and reporting, EDW to OFSAA, and T2T development.
  • Perform other duties as needed in support of the overall Data Warehouse implementation.
  • Work closely with the finance business team to evaluate monthly business requirements and participate in development, delivery, and deployments.
  • Understand the organizations financial statements and how the attributes of those financials interact.

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelors degree.
  • 5+ years of Data Warehouse experience.
  • 5+ years of application development and implementation experience.
  • 3-5 years supporting OFSAA 8.1.0 and OFSAA 8.1.2.
  • Experience in OFSAA patching, monitoring, and performance tuning.
  • Erwin Data Modelling experience.
  • Basic Unix/Linux scripting experience.
  • ETL and PL/SQL programming experience.
  • Experience with SQL Developer or Toad.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of financial services or banking experience.
  • Experience in merging models from different OFSAA instances.
  • Knowledge of Zena Enterprise Job Scheduling.
  • Understanding of bank terminology and finance-related topics.
  • Ability to work independently and multitask within a collaborative work environment.
  • Organizational and analytical skills.
  • Willingness and aptitude for continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with a focus on customer service.
