About the Role

Digital Elements LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Lead Operations Coordinator to support call tracking, lead attribution, and lead quality operations across our client accounts.

This role monitors day-to-day activity within CallTrackingMetrics — reviewing leads and call activity, flagging routing or call flow issues as they come up, and keeping our lead tracker sheet accurate and up to date. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple systems and client accounts at once.

This position supports the accuracy of our marketing performance reporting by helping ensure leads are properly captured, recorded, and communicated to the right internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor call routing and call flows; flag and help resolve issues as clients report them
  • Record qualified calls and leads accurately in internal lead tracker sheets
  • Communicate lead quality trends and updates to the PPC team
  • Identify missing, duplicated, or inconsistent lead data and escalate as needed
  • Support day-to-day coordination between CallTrackingMetrics, lead tracker sheets, and internal teams
  • Maintain organized notes on open issues, updates, and follow-up items
Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing operations, lead tracking, call tracking, client support, or a related role
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot data inconsistencies
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets, dashboards, and multiple software systems
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities at once
  • Preferred: familiarity with CallTrackingMetrics or similar call tracking platforms
  • Big plus: experience in the substance abuse and mental health treatment industry, specifically in the private sector
