Job Description:
Lead and direct temporary employees in daily packaging operations.
Ensure production goals for safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity are met.
Train, coach, and support employees while promoting teamwork and accountability.
Monitor production activities and address issues to keep operations running smoothly.
Follow food safety standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and quality control procedures.
Promote a safe and clean work environment.
Provide break relief when needed to maintain production flow.
