ResponsibilitiesThe Lead Patient Service Representative is the internal and external first point of contact inresponse to patient and clinic issues. Coordinates the day-to-day operations at the front desk.Oversees patient flow to ensure patient wait times are minimized. Acts as the point of contact for patient complaints and assists in resolving the issue in collaboration with the clinic manager. The Lead Patient Service Representative assures that the delivery of high quality, cost efficient care that support the UT Health primary care model. QualificationsJob Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required Experience: Experience posting payments and charge entry A minimum of 2 years' experience in a clinic or healthcare setting
