What You’ll Do
Client Coaching
- Lead personal training sessions using our low-impact, high-efficiency approach
- Conduct consultations, goal-setting sessions, and progress check-ins
- Provide nutrition guidance and encourage healthy habits
- Ensure a fun, supportive, and motivating experience for every client
Team Leadership
- Hire, train, and mentor new team members
- Build a positive, high-energy studio culture
- Lead by example in professionalism, client care, and personal development
Studio Operations
- Manage client accounts, schedules, and communications
- Promote training packages through relationship-building
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio environment
Qualifications
Required:
- Passion for health, fitness, and genuinely care for clients achieving their fitness goals
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Understanding of exercise science and human biology
- Positive, professional, and dependable
Preferred :
- Personal training or small-group coaching experience
- Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field
- Familiarity with strength training and nutrition guidance
