Your Role

As a Pilates Instructor, youll lead apparatus-focused group classes using Balanced Body reformers, EXO chairs, springboards, TRX, ballet barres, and more. Youll empower clients of all levels with challenging, fitness-based routines delivered in a safe, motivating, and results-driven environment.

What Were Looking For

• Certified in full apparatus Pilates (450+ hours or equivalent training)
• Group class teaching experience
• Strong group reformer instruction skills
• Positive, energetic, and motivational presence
• Contemporary understanding of classical exercises
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable using or learning club management software (e.g., Club Ready)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Pilates group reformer classes
• Lead private, semi-private, and demo sessions as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-equipped studio environment
• Support client engagement through check-ins and sales
• Promote studio services, memberships, and retail offerings
• Be a motivating and inspiring presence in every session
