Job Description
Title: Lead/Principal .NET Azure Engineer
Location: Wilmington DE Onsite
Must-Have Skills- 8+ years of .NET application development
- C# / .NET Core
- Azure Application Architecture
- ETL Frameworks & Data Architecture
- Experience refactoring and modernizing legacy applications
- Strong system design and application architecture
- SDLC, debugging, testing, and production support
- Experience leading technical projects and mentoring developers
Preferred- Banking or Financial Services experience
- Azure cloud-native development
- Large enterprise application experience
Key Responsibilities- Analyze existing applications and refactor code for scalability and maintainability
- Design and develop enterprise applications using Azure and .NET Core
- Lead technical design discussions and architectural decisions
- Mentor developers and provide technical leadership
- Work closely with business and technology teams
- Review code, troubleshoot complex production issues, and improve application performance
