Join us at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) as we seek a Senior Principal Technical Program Manager for Robotics to lead execution of the robotics platform, control plane, and data center robotics programs that enable autonomous systems to operate reliably across OCI and enterprise workflows.
This is a senior individual-contributor role for a technically deep TPM who can operate from executive strategy to execution detail. You will own business-critical programs spanning robotics platform infrastructure, fleet operations, simulation, hardware integration, and AI feedback loops in support of multiple domain and use cases for Physical AI & Robotics.
You will work closely with Applied Science, Engineering, Hardware, Operations, Security, customers, and executive leadership to translate strategy into executable programs and measurable business value.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $116,600 to $264,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Define and drive multi-year program roadmaps, investment priorities, milestones, and dependencies for robotics and OCI robotics initiatives.
Lead cross-organizational execution across the Robotics Control Plane, AI platform, hardware, data center robotics, and workflow integration programs.
Build strong partnerships with engineering, science, operations, and vendors to resolve issues and keep programs on track.
Establish governance, KPI, and reporting rhythms for executive stakeholders.
Drive launch readiness, operational readiness, risk mitigation, and production rollout for robotics capabilities.
Coordinate simulation, lab validation, and field deployment plans across OCI data center use cases.
Manage program-level issues, tradeoffs, and escalation paths across software, hardware, safety, security, and compliance.
Partner with Applied Science and Engineering to define requirements, evaluation metrics, and production-readiness criteria for robotics systems.
Enable vendor and partner integration for robotic hardware, firmware lifecycle, and fleet maintenance.
Influence across teams without formal authority and mentor other TPMs.
Qualifications
BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of Technical Program Management or equivalent technical leadership experience.
Demonstrated success delivering complex cloud, infrastructure, robotics, AI, or data center programs.
Experience leading cross-organizational technical initiatives independently.
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, robotics, and hardware/software co-development.
Experience partnering with scientists and engineers to productize probabilistic or nondeterministic systems.
Proven ability to communicate program status, risks, and tradeoffs to VP and SVP leadership.
Strong customer, analytical, written, and executive-presentation skills.
This job involves travel on an as-needed basis.
