Lead Project Manager - Multifamily Development (Remote)Our client is a nationally recognized, fully integrated real estate development and construction firm specializing in multifamily housing. With decades of success, a strong project pipeline, and a reputation for delivering high-quality communities, they are experiencing significant growth across key U.S. markets, including Massachusetts.Lead all phases of construction, from preconstruction through project closeout.Manage budgets, schedules, and overall project financial performance.Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project success.Oversee jobsite operations, including periodic on-site presence.Utilize tools such as Procore and Bluebeam to track project progress and documentation.Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.Provide regular updates and reporting to executive leadership.Drive problem-solving and risk mitigation across all project stages.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
