ABOUT THE ROLE

A global professional services organization is seeking a Senior Recruiter for a contract assignment supporting a high-volume, client-focused recruiting function. This role will own full-cycle recruitment, develop targeted sourcing strategies, manage multiple hiring priorities, and serve as a trusted partner to recruiting leaders and hiring stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong recruiting judgment, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to use market data and recruiting metrics to guide hiring activity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from candidate sourcing and outreach through offer and close.
• Develop targeted recruiting strategies based on role requirements, talent markets, and hiring priorities.
• Partner with recruiting leadership and hiring stakeholders to establish effective search strategies.
• Manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities while maintaining quality and pace.
• Provide regular updates on recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, market conditions, and hiring trends.
• Build strong partnerships across HR, Operations, Compensation, Resource Management, and Talent Acquisition.
• Source candidates through networking, referrals, social platforms, and other recruiting channels.
• Create clear, compelling job postings designed to attract qualified and diverse talent.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records and recruiting data.
• Provide timely guidance and communication to candidates and hiring stakeholders throughout the process.
