What You’ll Do & Bring
As a Lead Registered Dental Assistant, you'll provide hands-on clinical support while leading and developing a high-performing dental team. You'll help drive patient satisfaction, clinical efficiency, and exceptional dental care outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and support dental assistants to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent patient care
- Assist dentists and hygienists during examinations and procedures while maintaining efficient patient flow
- Oversee back-office workflow, scheduling support, and treatment coordination
- Ensure treatment notes, patient records, and clinical documentation are complete and accurate
- Manage dental supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and lab case readiness
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, and safety protocols
- Train and onboard new dental assistants and support continuous team development
- Monitor emergency kits, sterilization equipment, and clinical readiness
- Collaborate with leadership to improve productivity, patient experience, and operational performance
- Support Whole Person Care initiatives and community outreach efforts
What You Bring:
- Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
- Graduation from an accredited dental assisting program
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Current Radiology Certification
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Commitment to patient-centered care and team success
- Willingness to travel between MyCHN locations as needed
