WHAT WE OFFER:
- $37–$39/hour, based on experience and qualifications.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: A licensed RDA with at least 3 years of RDA general dentistry experience who wants to grow into a long-term clinical leadership role.

YOUR IMPACT AS OUR LEAD RDA:
- Lead and Develop the Clinical Team: Build strong working relationships to lead our assistants, hygienists, and associate doctors while helping the team achieve its clinical and operational goals.
- Own Clinical Operations: Proactively manage lab cases, supplies, equipment, tech, maintenance, and clinical workflow to keep the department organized and running efficiently.
- Drive Patient Experience & Clinical Excellence: Assist Dr during comprehensive care (fabricate temp crowns, assist in scanning crown preps), co-diagnosis, and patient education while taking ownership of projects that improve our standards, efficiency, and reputation.

You help the doctor and clinical team work more efficiently, keep patients moving on schedule, develop your teammates, and ensure important responsibilities are completed consistently without constant oversight.
