Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our team as a lead field technician! The ideal candidate will have extensive hand-on experience in residential and commercial plumbing, strong communication skills, problem solving abilities and dedication to delivering exceptional customer service. In addition to performing diagnostics, service, and installation of plumbing in residential and commercial environments, you must have the ability to communicate effectively with all types of customers by adopting the company's culture of "educating the customer."  

Responsibilities: 

• Consult/troubleshoot with less experienced technicians
• Professionally interact with customers and clearly communicate work orders and statuses 
• Collaborate with service manager to schedule and complete jobs efficiently
• Uphold company values and represent blue Frog Plumbing + Drain with integrity
• Assemble pipe sections, tubing, or fittings, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, soldering, brazing, or welding equipment
• Install pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances such as dishwashers or water heaters, or fixtures such as sinks and toilets, using hand or power tools
• Plan the layout of plumbing, using drawings
• Perform maintenance of water supply systems
• Install and maintain gas and liquid heating systems
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used and customer interactions

Qualifications: 

• Minimum 5 years of professional plumbing experience
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes and best practices
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills 
• Must have and maintain a license as required by state, local and federal requirements.
• Must have a valid driving license with a clean driving record and maintain a clean record. 
• Strong knowledge of Service Titan
• Knowledge of installation and repair of gas systems is a plus
