Description
Wes Carver Electric is
seeking a skilled, customer-focused Electrician to join our team.
This role plays a direct part in company profitability,
operational efficiency, and delivering a best-in-class customer
experience. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes pride
in quality workmanship, communicates clearly with customers, and
consistently meets performance standards.
Our technicians typically make between $75,000 and $110,000 per year.
The average salary for our technicians is around $90,000.
Our higher level technicians make over $110,000.
Key Responsibilities
Electrical & Technical Execution
Install, maintain,
inspect, troubleshoot, and repair existing residential
electrical systems (with occasional light commercial work)
Respond to service
calls, perform planned maintenance, inspections, and new
installations
Ensure all work
complies with company standards and the National Electrical
Code (NEC)
Verify all
completed work to prevent errors and callbacks
Customer Experience & Sales
Maintain a
professional appearance and positive demeanor on every job
Communicate clearly
with customers before, during, and after work is
performed
Build trust and
clearly explain recommended services and their necessity.
Never recommend or sell unnecessary services or
products!
Present pricing
using the Straight Forward Pricing Guide.
Resolve customer
concerns promptly and professionally
Deliver invoices
and collect payment upon job completion
Standards & Professionalism
Wear company-issued
uniform and ID at all times
Protect customer
property using floor savers, boot covers, and drop
cloths
Keep jobsites
clean, safe, and organized
Maintain
cleanliness and organization of company vehicles
Communication & Teamwork
Communicate daily
with the Manager or CSR regarding job status, scheduling,
and issues
Debrief with the
office after each service call
Participate in
ongoing training and team meetings
Contribute
positively to company culture and teamwork
Supervise and
support other team members when required
Operational & Performance Expectations
Meet or exceed
monthly sales goals, conversion rates, and average ticket metrics
Maintain accurate
truck inventory and material organization
Prioritize safety
on the job and while driving

Requirements
Experience
Minimum of four
years of relevant electrical experience
Strong working
knowledge of electrical installation, maintenance,
troubleshooting, and repair
