A Day in the Life
You start your morning reviewing your ServiceTitan schedule and gearing up your company vehicle. Your first stop is a historic bungalow where the air conditioner is short-cycling. You listen, test, and trace the issue through electrical and refrigeration diagnostics—pinpointing the exact fault, explaining options, and earning the customer’s trust. By midday, you’re fine-tuning airflow on a heat pump, documenting readings and photos. In the afternoon, you coach a junior tech through a furnace repair, close out jobs on your tablet, and head home knowing your work kept Houston cool and comfortable.
