We specialize in residential and commercial HVAC and refrigeration services.Position SummaryAs a Lead Residential HVAC Installer, you will oversee residential HVAC installation projects while leading and mentoring a team of installers and helpers.Key Responsibilities• Lead and supervise 1-3 HVAC installers and helpers• Install residential heating, cooling, and ventilation systems• Coordinate installation projects and timelines• Review blueprints, specifications, and work orders• Perform site assessments• Ensure installations meet quality and safety standards• Train and mentor junior technicians• Conduct quality-control inspections• Collaborate with project managers and other departments• Maintain installation records and documentation• Communicate effectively with customers• Maintain a safe and organized work environmentQualificationsRequired: 5-7 years of residential HVAC installation experience, 2-3 years of leadership experience, valid driver's license, personal HVAC tools, ability to pass background and DMV/MVR screening, and ability to perform physical job duties.
