What you’ll do
- Install residential heating and cooling systems to exacting standards
- Lead and mentor installers to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Adhere to company standards, manufacturer specifications, and all safety protocols
- Keep homeowners informed and comfortable throughout the project

Minimum qualifications
- 5+ years residential HVAC installation experience
- 3+ years leading or running an installation crew
- EPA Universal Certification
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Demonstrated troubleshooting and installation expertise
- Professional appearance, strong communication, and customer service skills
- Proven work ethic and a commitment to quality
