Role Overview
We are hiring a Salesforce Lead Developer with strong Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Banking domain experience, along with hands-on expertise in Data 360, Agentforce (AI), and Omni-Channel.
This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for designing, building, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions for enterprise banking transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
" Lead end-to-end Salesforce design & development (Apex, LWC, APIs)
" Implement Financial Services Cloud (FSC) customer 360, onboarding, KYC, lending workflows
" Build unified customer data platform using Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud)
" Develop AI-powered solutions using Agentforce (Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, Einstein AI)
" Configure Omni-Channel routing & messaging (chat, voice, digital)
" Design scalable integrations & architecture across enterprise systems
" Lead code reviews, and delivery execution
Mandatory Skills " Strong hands-on: Apex, LWC, Lightning, Integrations (REST/SOAP)
" Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Mandatory
" Banking domain experience (Retail / Lending / Customer onboarding / KYC)
" Salesforce Data 360 / Data Cloud
" Agentforce (AI, Prompt Builder, Agent Builder, Einstein AI)
" Omni-Channel (routing, messaging, queues, agent capacity) ________________________________________
