Second Shift Security Lead.
The Second Shift Security Lead serves as an extension of the Security Supervisor, helping maintain the operational excellence, professionalism, and high standards of service expected at Moreland Courts. This leadership role oversees both Security and Valet operations, ensuring consistency, accountability, and exceptional service across both areas.
The successful candidate will provide direction, guidance, and support to employees operating under the Garage Services umbrella, reinforcing established procedures and ensuring that all team members uphold the Association’s standards.
In addition to leadership responsibilities, the Second Shift Security Lead will oversee daily security operations, including conducting routine rounds, monitoring the DETEX patrol system, observing security cameras, and helping maintain a safe and secure environment for our residents, guests, and property.
