Job Summary:This role is responsible for leading the technical vision and execution of the company's security technology infrastructure. The Lead will guide a team in designing, integrating, and maintaining complex security systems while also driving innovation through the evaluation and adoption of new tools. This position requires a strong blend of technical expertise and leadership to ensure security solutions meet evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the architecture and integration of security systems for scalability.
- Evaluate and implement emerging security technologies, including AI-driven tools.
- Establish and enforce technical standards and security protocols.
- Act as the primary intake for security engineering projects, managing their lifecycle.
- Develop and mentor the Solutions Engineering team, balancing workloads.
Must-Have Skills:
- Experience in architecture or technical leadership roles.
- Hands-on experience with access control, video management, and visitor management platforms.
- Proven project and program management capabilities.
Domain / Industry Experience: Experience in the studio production, entertainment, or technology industries is preferred for this role.
