Lead Security Systems Technician (Access Control & CCTV) - Maple Grove, MN

Responsibilities:

• Installs, troubleshoots, programs, and tests security systems with minimal supervision.
• Applies system knowledge across access control, IP video surveillance, intrusion, and visitor management systems.
• Leads project teams during installations.
• Ensures quality control and provide exceptional customer service.
• Takes ownership of projects and track progress through completion.

NOTE: Candidates must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents (Green Card holders) to be considered for this position.

Duration: 6-month Contract-to-Hire (CTH)

Office Location: Maple Grove, MN 55369

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years installing, servicing, and programming commercial security systems, access control, IP-based video systems and intrusion alarm systems.
• 3+ years of project leadership experience with full supervision responsibility.
• Certification and experience with one or more access control or security management systems, including Honeywell Pro-Watch, Genetec, Openpath, Exacq, Software House or Avigilon.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a process-driven approach.
• Knowledge of networking and internet technologies.
• Ability to work independently and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record (MVR).
