This position will play a vital role in expanding our presence in the region, hiring, and mentoring staff, and helping guide the overall direction of our growth and expansion as well as supporting growth throughout the company. The successful candidate must be energetic and have the ability to mentor and lead teams throughout WRA's market areas. In addition, they must have a demonstrated ability to pursue and manage transportation projects within the Northeast TN and Southwest Virginia region including VDOT, TDOT, and local municipalities, counties, and regional planning organizations.This is a unique opportunity to help establish and grow a market for a leading multi-disciplined A&E firm.
