Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Some weekends and overtime as needed)

Position Summary You will provide high-quality maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on residential heating and air conditioning systems while delivering an outstanding customer experience. In this Lead role, you'll also train and mentor junior service technicians, sharing your expertise to help the team grow.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Strong knowledge of a wide range of HVAC equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience making repair vs. replace recommendations
• Advanced customer service skills
• Proven willingness to take on responsibility and leadership roles
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques

Desired Qualifications

• Universal EPA Certification
• 4+ years of HVAC service experience
• Insurable driving record
• Own set of tools
• Service Titan experience is a plus
