Salary: up to $35 an hour
Shift:
1st Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
2nd Shift: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM
3rd Shift: 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM
Equipment: KBA Rapida 106 sheetfed offset presses, including six and eight color configurations
Shift Differentials: 12% for second shift and 15% for third shift
Job Description
Maintain accurate production records, quality documentation, and downtime reports
Monitor pressroom materials, inks, coatings, and supplies
Ensure compliance with safety and production standards
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of commercial sheetfed offset printing experience
Experience leading or supervising pressroom employees
Strong understanding of four color process printing, PMS color matching, coatings, and print registration
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to interpret job tickets, production layouts, and customer specifications
Experience with Komori, Heidelberg, RMGT, KBA, or similar sheetfed presses
Ability to work efficiently in a production environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with KBA Rapida sheetfed presses
Experience with UV printing, aqueous coatings, and specialty substrates
Technical training in printing technology or graphic communications
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry 50 lbs or more
Ability to work safely around industrial printing equipment
