Lead Sign Installer

Looking for an experienced Lead Sign Installer to lead a crew and install interior/exterior signs, graphics, and vehicle wraps. If you have installation experience, know your way around tools, and can lead a team, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Lead a crew and oversee daily installation projects.
• Install, remove, and repair interior/exterior signs and graphics.
• Read layouts, take measurements, and ensure quality installations.
• Safely use tools, ladders, lifts, and other equipment.
• Communicate with customers and keep jobs running smoothly.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site.

Requirements:

• Sign installation, construction, or related trade experience.
• Leadership or crew lead experience preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work hands-on.

Work Environment: Field-based work at customer locations, with travel to job sites as needed.
