Job Description

Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a Lead Software Engineer – GenAI / Full Stack Engineering for their Irving, TX/Hybrid location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy GenAI-enabled solutions
  • Integrate AI tools into enterprise development workflows
  • Lead GenAI adoption, onboarding, and best practices
  • Collaborate with client business and technology teams
  • Optimize performance, scalability, and developer productivity
  • Build and enhance microservices-based applications
 
Requirements:
  • Java 17 & Spring Boot Microservices
  • GenAI tools: Devin, Claude (Anthropic), Cursor/Copilot-equivalent tools
  • Prompt Engineering, RAG, Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Architectures
  • MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations
  • Full Stack Development: Java, React/Angular, TypeScript, Python
  • APIs, Event-Driven Architecture, Distributed Systems
  • CI/CD and Developer Tooling
  • Cloud Platforms (OCP, GCP)
  • 16+ years of software engineering experience
  • Strong enterprise application development background
  • Experience with AI-driven software delivery and automation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments
