Lead Spa Manager – Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a sales-driven, motivated Lead Spa Manager to help lead our front desk team and support the continued growth of our spa.
This role is ideal for someone who loves sales, leadership, customer service, and team development. We are looking for a leader who can create an exceptional guest experience while coaching the team, driving memberships, increasing revenue, and maintaining strong day-to-day spa operations.
What We’re Looking For
Growth-Focused Leadership
Lead the front desk team by example and help create a positive, accountable, and results-driven culture. You will assist with training and developing Sales Associates, reinforcing expectations, and helping the team reach individual and spa-wide goals.
Sales & Membership Conversion
Sales is a major part of this role. You should feel confident connecting with guests, identifying their needs, recommending memberships and services, and helping your team improve their sales performance. You understand how to coach, motivate, and celebrate a team while still holding them accountable to goals.
Exceptional Guest Experience
Build strong relationships with members and guests while ensuring every interaction reflects the level of service expected at Hand & Stone. You should be comfortable resolving concerns professionally and turning challenges into positive guest experiences.
Passion for Health & Wellness
You are excited to learn about massage, skincare, wellness, and self-care. You will educate guests and team members on our services, enhancements, retail products, and membership options so they can confidently make recommendations.
Strong Operational & Multi-Tasking Skills
Assist with the daily operations of a fast-paced spa environment, including scheduling, inventory, sales reporting, team communication, administrative responsibilities, and maintaining front desk standards.
Results-Driven Mindset
You understand that great leadership means knowing your numbers. You will help monitor key performance indicators such as membership conversion, prebooking, upgrades, retail sales, and overall revenue—and adjust strategies when needed to improve results.
