PRIMARY PURPOSE

The Lead Solutions Group Specialist Representative ensures delivery of excellent customer service through overseeing specific processes within the Solutions Group team that result in providing a world-class customer experience for our USS A+ ranked customers and in timely and accurate entry and processing of orders.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Team with Leadership to distribute and execute assignments in a timely and accurate manner

• Provide day-to-day specific instruction for staff, serve as go-to for associates regarding process-specific work questions, and provide team performance input to the Supervisor

• Monitor task queues to ensure expected results are being met and bring to the attention of Supervisor if action is required

• Responsible for the end-to-end account management of assigned Solutions group book-of- business

• Perform necessary audits on incoming orders validating that the information provided is complete, accurate, and within company policy guidelines

• Identify and resolve underlining root cause through research and analysis

• Collaborates effectively with Customer Onboarding team to ensure orders are accurately assigned to the appropriate customer accounts

• Owns the complete order lifecycle through effective management of quote to order conversions, order amendments, quoting, invoice validation and collection assistance

• Acts as liaison between internal and external customers to ensure customers’ needs are met and an excellent service is delivered

• Oversees management of purchase orders, purchase order funds, general pricing and contracts.

• Reviews invoices for accuracy around pricing, products and service frequencies prior to releasing to customer

• Monitors outstanding bills to ensure on timely payments received

• Serves as a subject matter expert for USS products and services

• Performs other duties as assigned

   

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Analytical and process oriented

• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles

• Excellent client facing service experience and problem resolution skills required.

• Experience in Salesforce preferred

• Ability and desire to learn corporate specific applications, technology, and terminology

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to independently manage and prioritize workload

• Highly detail and quality oriented with a focus on thoroughness and accuracy

• Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and accountability

• Proficient in data entry and MS Office Suite
