    Description

We are seeking an exceptional, highly-agile site coordinator, to manage daily classroom site operations and spearhead instruction within our high-acuity embedded program lines.

You will operate as a clinical partner in residence inside existing school district buildings, holding a unique hybrid footprint. You will manage daily operations at specific contracted classroom sites, support on-site teaching teams, and navigate real-time logistical hurdles and student concerns to ensure every diverse learner thrives in the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE).

    Core Responsibilities

On-Site Operational Management - You will oversee the day-to-day coordination, logistics, and programmatic functionality of assigned contracted classroom pods within a district host school.

Instructional Leadership - You will deliver medically sound, highly differentiated instruction aligned to PA Core Standards using high-leverage frameworks like Universal Design for Learning (UDL).

Staff Coaching and Fidelity Tracking- You will mentor and coach on-site teachers, behavioral health workers, and paraprofessionals, and guide teams to effectively leverage student behavior and intervention fidelity charts to problem-solve in real-time.

Host School Collaboration- You will serve as the primary dynamic liaison to the host school's principal and staff, synchronizing your team with host school schedules, community events, safety lock-downs, and common area protocols to cultivate true inclusion.

Digital Integration and Reporting- You will manage real-time data integrity by recording student attendance, progress monitoring tracking parameters, and behavioral metrics directly into Infinite Campus and EasyIEP platforms.

Crisis Minimization- You will train parents and instructional staff in evidence-based Positive Behavior Support (PBS) strategies to optimize behavior management and lower regional reliance on restrictive interventions.

    Position Qualifications

Must hold a valid Pennsylvania Special Education PK-12 Instructional I or II standalone certificate. Candidates possessing additional administrative credentials (such as a PA PK-12 Principal I/II endorsement) are highly preferred.

Proven track record in early childhood or secondary special education teaching positions, classroom management, and behavior support systems. Experiential background working in high-stress, trauma-impacted, or low-income Title One urban schools is deeply valued.

Strong functional competency in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, curriculum modification, task analysis data systems, and trauma-informed milieu techniques.

Highly developed communication, dispute resolution, and time-management skills required to orchestrate cross-disciplinary collaboration with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), therapists, and family groups.

    Mandatory Security and Compliance Filters

In compliance with Pennsylvania state law, candidate safety clearances must be strictly verified and cataloged into our secure repository prior to initial system access or direct contact with children:

    • Act 34 - PA State Police Criminal History Record Check
    • Act 151 - PA Child Abuse History Clearance
    • Act 114 - Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Check via IdentoGO utilizing the PDE system code
    • Act 168 - Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Releases from all historical educational employers
    • Act 126 - Mandated Child Abuse Recognition and Reporting Training completion
