Lead Staffing Project Analyst

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in project financial management, forecasting, and operational delivery within a services, staffing, or professional services environment.
• Strong understanding of project financials, utilization management, and reporting controls.
• Proven ability to mentor peers, manage complexity, and resolve issues independently with limited supervision.
• High attention to detail, strong judgment, and ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence without formal people management authority.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience coaching or providing operational leadership to peers or junior team members in an operational or financial role.
• Experience supporting multiple stakeholders across cross-functional teams and organizations, such as Sales, Delivery, and Finance.
• Familiarity with reporting automation, dashboards, or process improvement initiatives

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $72,800.00 to $91,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
