Lead Superintendent Location: Denver, CO Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000 (DOE) + Benefits Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee large-scale multi-family and commercial construction projects in the Denver regional area. This role requires a highly organized, hands-on leader with a strong commercial construction background and a minimum of 10 years of experience managing multi-family builds. The Lead Superintendent will be responsible for overall field operations, schedule adherence, safety compliance, subcontractor coordination, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities - Lead all on-site construction activities from ground-up through project completion
- Manage and coordinate superintendents, field staff, subcontractors, and vendors
- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion
- Enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
- Maintain quality control and ensure work meets plans, specifications, and local codes
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, engineers, architects, and ownership
- Conduct subcontractor meetings and maintain clear communication across teams
- Identify and proactively resolve field issues to avoid delays
- Monitor productivity and implement cost-control measures
- Maintain accurate daily reports and site documentation
Qualifications - Minimum 10 years of construction experience with significant focus on multi-family ground-up projects
- Strong commercial construction background required
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects ($20M+ preferred)
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with construction management software preferred
