Lead Superintendent - Construction - White Plains
Our client is a leading General Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering ground-up multifamily and mixed-use residential developments throughout New York and the Northeast. As a Lead Superintendent - Construction - White Plains, you will be responsible for:
- Leading all field operations on ground-up multifamily residential projects
- Managing and mentoring Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, and field staff
- Supervising subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel
- Driving project schedules and ensuring milestone completion
- Overseeing wood-frame / stick-frame construction from foundation through turnover
- Coordinating site logistics, workforce planning, and material procurement
- Managing project quality control and ensuring compliance with plans and specifications
- Leading jobsite safety initiatives and enforcing OSHA standards
- Coordinating with Project Managers, architects, engineers, and ownership teams
- Reviewing construction documents, subcontractor schedules, and work plans
- Managing inspections, testing, and municipal approvals
- Maintaining daily reports, schedules, and project documentation
- Leading punch-list completion and final project turnover

The successful candidate will have:
- 8+ years of Superintendent experience in construction
- Extensive experience managing ground-up multifamily residential projects
- Strong wood framing / stick-frame construction experience
- Experience leading projects valued at $25M+ preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and field teams
- Strong understanding of multifamily construction sequencing and site logistics
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings
- Experience with podium-style and wrap-style residential developments preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Procore and construction management software
- OSHA 30 Certification required
