Construction Site Manager

Job Description
- Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
- Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
- Address and resolve any on-site issues promptly to avoid delays and maintain workflow.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to meet project milestones and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
- Oversee quality control to ensure projects meet the required standards for grocery and retail construction.
- Ensure effective communication between all parties involved in the construction process.

The Successful Applicant
- Experience in managing ground up grocery AND retail construction projects.
- A proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, safety standards, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and schedules effectively.
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
