Job Description
Provide overall field leadership for industrial and manufacturing construction projects, ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality project delivery. Manage and coordinate all on-site subcontractor activities to maintain schedule and production goals. Enforce project safety programs, quality standards while ensuring compliance with contract requirements. Lead field problem-solving efforts, coordinate with project management teams, and drive resolution of complex construction issues. Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, consultants, inspectors, and trade partners, fostering collaboration and successful project outcomes.

The Successful Applicant
Experience leading large-scale manufacturing or industrial construction projects with strong technical expertise. Ability to lead project teams while maintaining safety, quality, and operational efficiency. Thorough understanding of industrial safety regulations and enforcement of project protocols. Strong problem-solving skills to address complex construction challenges and keep projects on schedule. Excellent communication and leadership abilities for effective coordination with clients, contractors, and project teams.
