Known for delivering high-quality multifamily and mixed-use developments, they are expanding their team for a major upcoming project in Northern Virginia.Job DescriptionLead all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking to closeoutManage subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and daily field operationsEnsure compliance with safety protocols and quality standardsCoordinate with project managers, engineers, and city officialsMaintain accurate documentation including daily reports and progress trackingResolve field issues proactively to avoid delays or cost overrunsConduct regular site meetings and communicate updates to stakeholdersMentor and supervise assistant superintendents and field staffMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
