Job Description
- Lead all on-site construction activities for ground-up multifamily developments valued at $60M-$80M
- Manage project safety, quality, schedule, and subcontractor performance throughout construction
- Coordinate daily field operations and ensure milestones are achieved on time and within budget
- Utilize Procore to maintain documentation, reporting, and project communication
- Collaborate closely with project management teams, consultants, and clients to drive successful project delivery

- Led at least 2 full-cycle ground-up multifamily projects as the lead Superintendent
- Strong multifamily construction experience, ideally with garden-style or podium projects
- Proficient with Procore; Bluebeam and MS Project experience are advantageous
- Willingness to travel nationally for project assignments
